| The Fairbanks Red Hackle Pipe Band (FRHPB) conducted a fund raising raffle (permit #1865) to support the production of our first CD and travel to Highland Games competitions. Tickets were available from any Band Member. The drawing was held January 31st. (Entrants needed not be present to win.)

- Tickets were $5.00 each, or $20.00 for a book of 5.
- The drawing was held after the FRHPB's participation in the New Year's Eve Celebrations at the Pumphouse.
- Entrants needed not be present to win.
- Prizes will be drawn for and awarded in the reverse order of the above listing.
- Band, Quartet, and Solo Performances will be scheduled by the First, Second, and Third Prize Winners with the Band's Gig Chief according to standard gig arrangements.
- The Four Lessons will be scheduled by the Fourth Prize Winner with the Section Leader of the desired activity (piping, drumming, dancing) right before or right after regular band practice time (Tuesday evenings) at the Band's practice location (Lutheran Church on Farmer's Loop). The Lessons will occur once per week for four consecutive weeks beginning on a week of the Winner's choosing and not including any weeks the Band may be travelling. The Band will choose the Tutor and provide music. For musical instruction, the Winner may supply their own instrument, or the Band will loan practice equipment for the duration of the lessons. For dance instruction, the Winner should dress for physical activity.
- Current FRHPB Active, Junior, and Student Members are not eligible to enter.
- Past Members, Family Members, Associates, Affiliates, and the General Public are eligible to enter.
- This raffle is conducted under the FRHPB's State of Alaska Gaming Permit, permit #1865.
- The FRHPB is a non-profit organization, IRS ID 92-0060650.
